I told my husband that I thought we were over charged by the mechanic. I didn't attack him because it wasn't even his fault. He screamed, "you f@#&$!g b%;?h I make the money so I make the decisions! You don't do any thing. I do everything!" I don't work because I'm recovering from health issues but will be returning in june. I do all cooking cleaning errands etc. I don't expect a crown but that hurt my feelings. I felt like our marriage disintegrated. He later apologized. But I can't help but feel it wasn't a bad day. It was the truth. Can someone be that far from the truth in anger or is that how he really feels?

So background story, I'm a 21 year old female who has always had some anxiety issues, Nothing that puts a damper on my social life or anything, just some troubles sleeping and this ongoing obsessed fear on getting schizophrenia. My great grandfather on my moms side was diagnosed with schizophrenia, but as far as I know none of the more recent generations have had any issues with it. Anyways, I started smoking weed later than most kids, i was 19, and only did a few times a month, i get paranoid at first, but that passed and it became nothing but i pleasant experience. Now days, Its pretty much a daily basis that I smoke, not to long ago i read that smoking weed increases risk of schizophrenia, it concerned me at first, but that too passed. I dont typically smoke alone, dont want to risk anything. Well yesterday i was down stairs cooking and my boyfriend was up stairs playing video games, I kept hearing sounds like music on the television and laughing. He had his headset on, and the tv was on mute. I assumed he turned something on but when i got upstairs he was still playing his videogames, and the tv was still on mute. The sounds went away after a while, but its still bothering me today. is audio hallucinations common while smoking? Or could this be a sign of something worse? Be honest, I just want to know if i should look into seeing a doctor or not…

Heike Waller Asked: Dinner at his place – second date?

Last week I went for coffee with a guy who works at the same bank as I, but I barely know him. I'm not really sure if it was a date though – or just friendship. As we were making plans to hang out again yesterday (by text message), he told me that he's broke right now and asked me if I'd be okay with coming over to his place one night so we'd cook dinner together.

I don't know what to do. I have no idea if he's thinking of it as a date or just two people hanging out/cooking dinner together. If it is a date, I think I'd prefer meeting in a public space again since I barely know him. However, it's kind of an awkward thing to bring up, because it was never clear in the first place that we're dating and I don't just want to jump to conclusions as to what his intentions are. Although I find him attractive, I don't really want to date anyone right now because I'm still getting over an ex. I also wouldn't feel comfortable getting physical yet.

So I wonder what I should text him back: Should I simply tell him that I'm not comfortable meeting him at his place? (it's not very smooth though) Should I tell him that I'm only looking for friendship right now? (also not very smooth – considering that I might want to date him in a few weeks from now). Or should I just go to his place and hope I can handle the situation?

I watch those cooking shows and sometimes they say things are overcooked. I'm not tasting it I know but to me the outside has to B crispy like on fish and chicken . crispy like burnt with burn marks . do other races taste different?

i was cooking something and all of a sudden it exploded and oil splattered everywhere, it got on my fingers and little bit of my hand. My right index is burned and it really stings, and it looks like there is a layer of white skin on top of the burn but not as big as the reddened area, is it a blister? how serious is my burn? is it just dead skin and i suffered a 2nd degree? its been really hurting for about 45 minutes

I got a cookbook for slow cooking recipes but some of them call for a 1 – 2 quartor a 3 – 4.5 quart .. 5 quart, etc.Some of these I really want to try but I don't want to ruin it if I'm using too big of a slow cooker.

Just wondering if anyone out there has a lot of experience with this (I'm new to the whole slow cooking/crock pot thing) and maybe has a rule of thumb or something.

I don't really want to have to multiply the recipes if I don't have to.

I want to be a vegetarian REALLY BAD!! I've always wanted to be one. So I started last week. My mom doesn't believe it's gonna last…she says she wants to take me to a nutrtitionist. She got really mad at me when I told her. But she said she's giving me a month trial period to see if it will stick.

I'm 14 and I love cooking…I have to cook my own dinners now. My mom always makes a salad and a veggie side for dinner, so I just have to make my own main meal. It can be something small cause I don't eat a lot. Here's what I have so far…add to my list please. You don't have to give me the actual recipe, just the name of the dish

-black bean chili
-soup made with vegetable broth, corn, beans, tomatoes, veggies, etc
-corn tortillas with refried beans and salsa
-lentil soup

and btw i forgot to mention i'm gluten free. Don't suggest pasta and pizza…i mean I could buy gluten free pasta but since I'm on the "trial month" I wanna show my mom I know how to get my protein and such
