An experimental study found that Pharmanex® Tegreen 97® may help blood sugar control and body fat burning properties. The findings, which were presented at the American Heart Association's Sixth Annual Conference in Washington DC, also reiterated the cell protection benefits of green tea catechins in promoting cardiovascular and brain health.* "The results of this study are very meaningful in building a greater body of knowledge related to two significant health issues today: weight gain and lack of blood sugar control," said Dr. Joe Chang, president of Pharmanex.
